Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Discord applications and bots (the “Services”) operated by razecrs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

The Services are designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on the Bot and how you use it, we may process:

• Discord identifiers — user, server (guild), channel, and message IDs needed for the Bot to function.
• Command content — the text or options you provide when you invoke a command.
• Configuration — settings you choose for a server, such as enabled features or preferences.

We do not intentionally collect message content beyond what is necessary to respond to a command or provide a feature you have enabled, and we do not sell personal data.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Services.
• To respond to commands and store per-server configuration.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored only as long as needed to provide the Services. Configuration persists until you change it or remove the Bot from your server. Operational logs, where kept, are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Removing a Bot from a server deletes that server’s stored configuration.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share information only: (a) with infrastructure providers that host the Services (for example, Cloudflare) strictly to operate them; (b) when required by law; or (c) to investigate or prevent abuse or security issues.

5. Third parties

The Services operate on Discord, and your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy. Some Bots may query third-party APIs to provide features; only the data necessary for that feature is sent.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, data associated with your Discord account or server by contacting us at the address below. You can also remove a Bot from your server at any time to stop further processing.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
