Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Discord applications, bots, and related services (each, a “Bot” and collectively the “Services”) operated by razecrs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By adding a Bot to a Discord server, or by interacting with a Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and meet the minimum age required by Discord’s own Terms of Service in your country, to use the Services. By using a Bot you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have authority to add the Bot to any server you add it to.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to break the law or to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
• Use the Services to harass others, distribute malware, or send spam.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

3. Availability

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, and features may change or be removed.

4. Third-party services

The Services run on and interact with Discord and may interact with other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, razecrs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by removing the Bot from your server.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
